Julien Meca started his career 16 years ago in Montpellier, South of France. He quickly felt Paris was the next destination, then London to achieve his education. Inspired by fashion and variety of artists, he decided to focus on creating his own techniques. His sharp vision lead him to work and evolve following what he calls “Hairchitecture”, understanding the hair and giving it the look and memory wanted in cuts, color and styling. He always kept an eye on the business development and more than anything on the client’s experience. He studied and mastered behavioral psychology to now coach and lead teams and owners to achieve their own objectives.
